We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us by email at hitchngorocky@gmail.com or call at 403-845-4252. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the warehouse that the item was shipped from, not the address of Hitch' N Go unless otherwise stated. The address will be provided by Hitch' N Go. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question by email at hitchngorocky@gmail.com or call at 403-845-4252. In order to return your item you will need to provide the shipping to return the item back to the warehouse. Thank you for your understanding.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as electronic goods, single use items, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are concerned about your purchase feel free to get in touch using our email or phone number if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before or after you have bought it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 14 day cooling off period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hitchngorocky@gmail.com.All shipments are automated and labels are created by one of either Purolator, Canada Post, or Xpresspost. Options are posted for Canadian shipping, American shipping, and International shipping.
Depending on the option selected shipping may be as fast as 4 days or can take as long as multiple weeks, depending on what express option you select at checkout. If fast shipping is important to you there is likely an available option. We cannot guarantee the speed of shipment, as it is based on a third-party companies such as those listed above, and ultimately they are responsible for getting the product from our warehouses to you. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know. If you would like to see what the cost of shipping would be without going into the payment portal you may use the "Get Shipping Estimates" feature found immediately below the Order Summary when you are looking at your cart. This will show you all available shipping options and costs for the country you are shipping to. As stated in the Return and Refund Policy, we do not cover the costs of the shipment of the return. If you choose to return an item and you have a problem, please let us know. We are not responsible for the cost of the return.
